About SFQ –
- SFQ was brought here by Master Chuni Lin, from China.
- It is a healing system from the Yellow Emperor with techniques passed down through the ages. Master Chuni Lin learned it as a child in China, and came to the U.S. later in life.
- Master Chuni Lin is a as a college teacher.
- The movements are very slow when practiced, and even 15 minutes per day is said to be beneficial to the body.
- There are many different meditations used in SFQ, however, in its simpliest form, it is just a valuable energy training to practice alone or in a group!
SFQ Classes are generally offered around the country, and are usually two days in length, moderately priced. They include materials, hands on practice sessions and group teachings. There are also several groups practice sessions being run by practitioners of the art.
